Welcome to North Palm Beach

Award-winning planned community with Nicklaus golf course

North Palm Beach is an award-winning master-planned community on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. The village of North Palm Beach was first developed in the 1950s. Homes are a mix of classic ranch-style properties and grand custom-built estates. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle with access to first-class amenities including ten Har-Tru tennis courts and an Olympic swimming pool. Golf legend Jack Nicklaus is a North Palm Beach resident and he also led a redesign of the North Palm Beach Country Club’s golf course in 2006. Further renovations were made to this immaculate golf course in 2019. A new $19 million clubhouse was also completed in November 2019. Many North Palm Beach homes enjoy exquisite views over the golf course or Intracoastal Waterway. North Palm Beach is also home to the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, the only state park among the communities of Palm Beach County, with kayak rentals and access to boating, watersports, and swimming on both the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.
